Jorge Ferioli, Chairman

Mr. Ferioli brings over 4 decades of experience in the formation, development and executive management of multinational energy concerns. He was President and CEO of Petrolera Argentina San Jorge S.A. from 1992 to 1999, and Executive Vice-President from 1988 to 1992. He currently is President and CEO of San Jorge Petroleum S.A., San Jorge Minera S.A., San Jorge Emprendimientos S.A. and San Jorge Energy S.A. Mr. Ferioli is also the Chair of the Comité Argentino del Consejo Mundial de la Energía (CACME) Academic Council in the “Programa de Formación de Líderes Energéticos” and member of the Board of Directors at CACME.

He graduated from the Polytechnic Naval School and the Argenitine Naval Academy, later earning an MBA from Universidad del Salvador in 1982

Federico Ferioli, MBA

Mr. Ferioli is Vice President of San Jorge Energy, Chief Operating Officer of Nowon, LLC and the Managing Director of SJ Investment Company, LLC. He received his B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Rice University and his M.B.A. from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management. After completing his B.S. he took an associate position at Boston Consulting Group before returning to Buenos Aries to join San Jorge Energy. Following his MBA he took over as managing director of San Jorge’s variety of investments and as VP of the energy division. He is a member and on the board of the Buenos Aries chapter of the Young President’s Association. Mr. Ferioli is also a trustee and board member of St. George’s College in Argentina

Marc Eckhert, CFA

Mr. Eckhert is Senior Advisor to SJ Investment Company, LLC and Portfolio Manager for Arroyo Capital. He received his B.A. in Business and Economics from UCLA and his M.B.A. with honors from UCLA’s Anderson School of Management where he was President of the Entrepreneur Association. Before joining SJ Investment Company, Mr. Eckhert worked as a Consultant for Deloitte and as a Manager for the Office of the Chief Medical Officer for DaVita, Inc. Mr. Eckhert is a CFA Charterholder
